As global concern increases regarding the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) - we would like to assure our customers that during these uncertain times we are taking every precautionary measure to ensure your safety as well as our own

In response to the current situation we have taken the below measures to ensure the safety of everyone involved with your online purchase:

OUR PREMISES

There is one employee working from home
Our staff is limited to one healthy individual - upholding the correct safety precautions - handling all orders from packaging to shipping
Your order will be packaged in a sealed courier plastic sleeve that will protect your parcel from external forces until it reaches you
All jewellery items are sterilised before packing and shipping - this hygiene practice will be continued

RECEIVING YOUR PARCEL

When receiving your jewellery order - we suggest adhering to the following safety precautions:

Use a mask and gloves when receiving your parcel from the courier service
Remove package from the plastic sleeve - disposing of the plastic sleeve before handling the package
Washing your hands before unwrapping your purchase and handling the package and it's contents

ONLINE STORE

Our Online Store will now continue to be open for business. It is extremely important to us, especially during these difficult times, to still be able to bring a little joy through jewellery to people’s lives. However, to ensure we are complying with government guidelines we have had to make some adjustments to our delivery service & returns policy during this period.

COURIER PARTNERS

We are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure that all safety precautions are being followed and met to the highest standard and that the safety of both our team and our customers is of the highest priority

Due to these uncertain times please allow for a few days delay in deliveries
